M5.5 earthquake strikes south of the Kermadec Islands

The M5.5 earthquake tangentially relates to the prophecy of 'famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places' as signs of the end times. However, this is a relatively minor earthquake in a remote location (Kermadec Islands) and doesn't represent the significant global seismic activity described in biblical prophecy.

This earthquake has a very distant connection to the sixth seal's 'great earthquake' (σεισμός μέγας) that moves every mountain and island. However, an M5.5 quake is far too minor to represent the cosmic-scale seismic event described in Revelation 6:12-17.
